When we see people who have achieved great success in their lives, we often overlook their path to their major achievements. More times than not those who have been extremely successful in life have failed numerous times on their climb to the top.
Here are 10 celebrities who failed before becoming famous…
1. Thomas Edison
Through persistence and continuous effort he accomplish some of the world’s greatest achievements, failing numerous times along the way. Edison famously said, “I have not failed 10,000 times. 2. Albert Einstein
He was one of the greatest minds the world has ever seen. He achieved so many amazing things during his lifetime including changing modern day physics and winning the Nobel Prize. Plain and simple…he was a genius. However, he was not always considered to have such a brilliant mind. Einstein didn’t speak until he was four years old. He couldn’t read until he was seven. He was thought to be handicapped by his parents and teachers and was even expelled from school.

I have failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.”
6. Elvis Presley
The King of rock and roll was once told by the manager of the Grand Ole Opry, “You ain’t going nowhere, son. You ought to go back to driving a truck.” Good thing Elvis didn’t take his advice. He would later become one of the best selling artists of all time!
